VISITOR SAFETY GUIDELINES

At General Tuna Corporation, your safety is our first priority. Please familiarize yourself with these rules.

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

IF YOU DETECT AN EMERGENCY:

  1. Keep calm and alert your accompanying GTC Staff.
  2. Follow instructions from the emergency team.
  3. Press a button or advise ACCESS CONTROL with:
    • Your identity
    • Emergency location
    • Type and scale
  4. Only do what you have been ordered to do.
  5. In evacuation, go to MEETING POINT (GATE #1 or CFB).

IN CASE OF FIRE (R.A.C.E.)

  • Remove: Anyone from immediate danger if safe.
  • Alert: Notify staff. Call 2405 / 3301 / 2904 / 2903 / 160.
  • Confine: Close doors/windows; use extinguishers if safe.
  • Evacuate: Go to GATE #1 or CFB ASSEMBLY AREA.

ASSEMBLY AREAS:

GATE #1 (G1) or COAL FIRE BOILER (CFB)

FOR YOUR SAFETY: General Rules

1. Access to the Factory is only allowed with authorisation.

6. Stop before a forklift and await driver's instructions.

11. Keep a distance of 1.5 meters from forklift trucks.

2. Park in authorized zones. Speed limit: 20km/h.

7. Follow pedestrian walkways and use pedestrian doors.

12. Stay with Gentuna Staff at all times.

3. No alcohol or drugs allowed in the industrial area.

8. Hold on to handrails when using stairs.

13. Do not distract people who are working.

4. Respect the signs and obey the safety rules.

9. Do not run; walk at normal pace.

14. Do not approach machines or use company equipment.

5. Be careful of vehicles/forklifts; don't cross spaces.

10. Do not use mobile phones while walking.

15. Wear safety footwear, earplugs, and specific PPE.

QUALITY & FOOD SECURITY

GTC maintains the highest standards of food safety. Visitors must adhere to these strict hygiene protocols.

INDUSTRIAL AREA RULES

No smoking.
Strictly forbidden to bring peanuts and the following nuts: almonds, hazelnuts, wallnuts, cashew, pecans, chesnuts, pistachios, macadamia nuts and wallnuts from Australia, as well as derivatives thereof into the industrial area.
No cameras or recording devices without authorization.

MANUFACTURING & STORAGE AREAS

Use of reglamentary clothing (overall, cap, etc.)
Beard cover must be worn for beards/mustaches.
No jewelry (watches, rings, earrings, etc.)
Do not chew gum, eat, or drink.
Do not enter if you have a contagious disease.
Do not touch the product.
Wash hands on entering production areas.
Nails must be trimmed; no nail polish allowed.

FOOD DEFENSE

Please respect the following basic instructions in compliance with our food safety policy:

Display and carry your ID card at all times (except in production areas).

Do not enter unauthorized zones.

Report unidentified people to management or security.

4

Report any incident of suspicious activity.

5

Report security issues (broken locks, windows, etc.).

Report the presence of suspicious substances or objects.
